Satisfied,
Excellent product and the tilt and pan is so important when your baby moves in her sleep. you dont need to keep running back to the room to fix the camera. however on channel 1 there was a lot of interference with our wifi so we switched the frequency to channel three. there’s still a little interference because we have concrete walls and sit two rooms away but overall this is an excellent product. It allows you to place rechargeable batteries but does not charge the batteries when plugged in. you’ll have to purchase a charger seperately.

|Pretty good but sensitive to interference,
I like this camera and use it to watch my baby (dog) at night. It’s a good deal, and I would recommend it with these two warnings:
If you want to use it for monitoring sound also, you may find the feedback/interference annoying. It emits buzzing and popping sounds that make it hard for me to sleep, so I have to keep the volume all the way down. If I were using it during waking hours, such as doing chores or other stuff around the house I don’t think it would bother me. (I do have a lot of wireless traffic in my home – a wifi router (old netgear), cordless phones (newer Dect6), and a windows mobile phone that synchronizes every 10 minutes.)
The range is also not that great. Its limit seems to be about 20 or 30 feet before the pan/tilt begins to get unresponsive and the static starts to get very significant. This is inside the house, so passing through walls and floor.

|Works well, but battery hungry,
This monitor works well and helps me keep an eye on our 2 year old twins. That is, as long as you use the included AC adapter. It uses 4 AAA batteries when unplugged, and really eats them up in a short time. Also, I returned the first unit I received, because when unplugged, if you left it on for more than a couple of minutes, the back would get very hot. I found that it was the batteries that were getting hot and radiating through the back plate. Then, the screen would suddenly go crazy and it would emit a loud buzzing sound. Now I use the 2nd unit I recieved only when I want to do a quick check of their room. So basically, I have to have a standard sound-based monitor, and if I hear something, I can turn this one on and see what is going on.
